1Laundry will not be released without the Service Order Slip.

2Items not claimed within 10 days are charged double the cost of service.

3Items not claimed within 30 days may be disposed of to cover the cost of services rendered.

4We are not liable for lost items once the client has received the laundry.

5We are not liable for damage from the natural effects of the washer and dryer — declare fragile items and special instructions at drop-off.

6We are not liable for damage from fire, flood, or other force majeure events.

7We are not liable for normal wash-process effects such as loss of buttons, items left in pockets, discoloration, shrinkage, or fading.

8Liability for loss is limited to no more than three (3) times the laundry charge.

9We reserve the right to confirm the accuracy of the articles and inform you of any discrepancy within 24 hours.

10Conforme (drop-off) is your agreement to the terms and conditions stated above.
